    Default freeze dried blackworms-bio-pigment plus

    i been feeding my discus just live black worm, frozen blood worms and frozen brine shrimp. now i just got some freeze dried blackworms-bio-pigment plus..first how do i give to them? just toss a cube in or soak first in water intel it all fall apart then give to them? and should i be doing anything diff. on food.only feed 2 times a day and they all seem to be very happy...any input will help...thanks,
