    Default Cleaning Beef-Heart for Discus

    Hey Guys,

    We get lots of emails about Beef-Heart and how we prepare our mix. Well for those of you that are squeamish don't watch the video. This is how we clean Beef-Heart for our mix. This morning I cleaned six cases of Beef-Heart and this is how I did it.

    Disclaimer: I grew up in Northern Wisconsin In a big Hunting and Fishing family so this is normal to me...LOL...Josie

    Very nice knife skills there!!! Wonderful video, love your video's please keep them coming. I would love to see the next step of how you prepare your beefheart mix, step by step for those who have never done it. I know you make up alot but if you could do those who have a few tanks would be WONDERFUL!!!! Thank you for taking the time to do this.......

    Very nice Josie, I use my fillet knife. Cleaning beef heart is very much like filleting a fish.
