BEST TANK MATE FOR DISCUS

Is there a general consensus among members what the undisputed best tank mate/s (type of fish)for a discus might be...Other than another discus?

Cardinals come from same area and water conditions. Coreys handle the same conditions well.

Rummy-Nose Tetras are also very good discus tank-mates, as are Lemon Tetras.

thats what i got. sterbai cory, cardinals, rummynose, rams.

I have cardinals, harlequin rasboras, Cory's, and bn plecos. All have worked fine.

Lemon tetras are great.. could not kill them..

Rams were good as well as bn pleco..
That's all I have ever had with my discus

All I keep with my discus is plecos, however rams, and most tetra seem to do well with them. I have even seen a lot of people keep rays with them.
