Canopy questions...

For my new 120 I decided I would get a canopy. I have a question regarding maintenance for those of you with canopies. The place I am getting it wants an extra $200 to add doors on the sides (left and right). My question is: will it be worth it to get the doors on the sides? What do you guys think? Will it make maintenance that much easier or not?

R, it depends on how easy it is to get into. Tell us about how the canopy will be constructed without the side doors. You need to consider how easy it is to get into for cleaning, feeding the fish and placement of the lights. The reason my 230 does not have a canopy at the moment is with the canopy on it feeding the fish would be a PITA. I want Tom to modify my canopy with the side doors so I can feed the fish without dragging a stool over each time.

Ok so the canopy without the side doors has doors on the front. I'm not sure one or two but I think it's two

Seems like the side doors are redundant.

U dont need side doors. But make sure at least 1/3 front side top of canopy opens for easy access.
U dont want just a door in front.

Way easier. Ive had 3-4 different canopies.

This is the best. Reason is yur arms can reach the bottom easiest this way.
