    Thumbs up TBAS Annual Fish Auction Tampa, Fl

    Hello. My Name is Michelle, and I help with marketing for the Tampa Bay Florida Aquarium Society. I do not personally have any Discus (yet) But I wanted to share our upcoming event with you. I hope that it is ok, and that we may see a few of you there.

    Many of our members are Discus breeders, so you are sure to find discus as well as thousands of other fish avaialable.

    Tampa Bay Aquarium Society presents the Annual Tropical Fish Auction Sunday November 17, 2013. Registration is from 9am to 11 am The auction starts at 11am and will not end until everything is sold.

    There will be a silent auction for dry goods such as filters, pumps, etc that have been donated by manufacturers.
    This is a MUST attend event for anyone that is an aquarium or fish hobbyist. You will find a great variety of fish and will have a great time with the Tampa Bay Aquarium Society.

    Man that sounds awesome. Here in cali, all we got is huge saltwater auctions and meetings.

    Well that was fun. Although I ended up buying more than I know what to do with and breaking every quarantine rule in the book

    Lost a geophagus so I just quickly dumped all my fish into a tank rather than sort them as I originally intended. But only one loss out of the 24 fish I bought.

    Didn't buy any Discus --- I don't like to buy Discus without seeing the parents and without knowing when they hatched.

    It was fun though!
