Default I need the "Reefers" opinion on buying this tank

Ok so I want to go along with my discus, a saltwater tank. Actually my wife wants and me too.... so I found this tank on craigslist, not sure if I can post it so I will give you a run down of what it has, so....

225 gallon tank with stand and canopy (very nice) drilled..
    Has a phosban reactor 550
asm g3 skimmer with sedra 5000 pump
    quiet one return pump
    current orbit mh t5 lights
    100 lb of live rock
    100 lb of sand
    40 gallon sump
    auto top off system
alot of coral and mushrooms (metallic brain coral, etc..

probably missed some things to add, tank has been running for about a year. Wants $800 but going to offer less. Going to see it tomorrow. What do yall think?? Thanks for reading...

    Man $800 is a steal.
U should buy it. Just tank and stand canopy is worth 500-600.

Troy that seems like a real good price if the corals are nice and the equipment isn't totally salted up. My 50 gallon reef has been running for 4 years now and everyone likes it.

Just the live rock (depending if it is Fiji or not) alone for 100 lbs is usually $3.00 a lb or more depending on if it has growth on it or not. And we all know corals are not cheap either.

It is a great deal. We all try to get the best deal possible, but it's not real cool low balling what is already a great deal.

Well trust and believe I will not let it slip through, but you never know till you ask, right. Didnt say I was going to offer 400 for it but if I could even get 50 bucks off it was worth asking....

Ok so the old saying too good to be true, the tank all of sudden sold, would not return phone calls or emails. Gotta love craigslist sometimes. Ok so I found another one, this one is on the up and up. Talk to them tonight. Now I need some of you that are experienced to help me out by looking at some photos of the setup. Not sure I can post on here but if you PM me I will forward you the pics. Or if I can post them here then I will. Just want more opinions about this than mine. Thanks for your help....

You can transport live rock and coral in buckets containing tank water, hopefully not letting temp drop too much. Purple algae on live rock will die if it dries out, but remain alive if kept in tank water. Sounds like $2k-$3k easily.

Great deal, make sure there have never been any severe algae infestations disease, etc.
