Welcome Rufus, always nice to see a new face in the neighborhood. The water's just perfect here for discus spawning activity, so make sure you leave room for those extra tanks.
Everyone, please welcome Rufus to the Neighborhood. Since Rufus likes living high his new digs are in the high rise Al added recently. The waterfront views are really nice.
Rufus, hope the new place is to your liking and liking of your birds, cat and fish also. You will see there is an extra large utility room, should be large enough for extra tanks especially if your jumbo's take off on the breeding side and you need room for some growout tanks.
There is also a large, roomy cage for the birds on the balcony for some sun and fresh air.
Holler if you find anything wanting and enjoy the new place.

Hi!!!!Thank you for such a warm welcome. I'm freezing my bum off here in Ohio! On a business trip and will return to Miami Beach on Sunday. I won't have too much time to take pics etc., because I am leaving for a cruise. My bucket list has so many things in it and one of them I am about to actually do! I am going on a ten day cruise to Tahiti, the Society Islands and Bora Bora! I'm home for one and half days and then off to the South Pacific. Thank you Pat, Jeff, Keith. Will post pics of my cats, my tanks, my birds, my discus and my view from the tenth floor overlooking Biscayne Bay in South Beach when I return. Monday there will be many changes in my tanks. My jumbos have been in quarantine long enough and the six of them get to be transferred to a 125 gallon and the fifteen Juvies and sub adults get spread around to a sixty-five gallon and a fifty-five gallon before I leave on my trip according to size. That leaves two twenty-gallon longs for some breeding when I get back. I love this forum and the people in it! Even those that are a bit curt and not polite! LOL! Take care everyone. I will be checking on all of you while I'm on my trip because I am taking my laptop with me. Will try to send a picture or two if I can. Best regards. Rufus
Welcome to th neighborhood Rufus!!

Hi Rufus, have a great trip! How lucky you are. I see a couple of your discus like my cone, did you get some fry to raise? Let us all know how the South Pacific is.
Barb
Hi Barb, Did you ever get my PM thanking you for the cones? I sent I thought when they came in a couple of weeks ago. Already had two female Checkerboards lay eggs on one. That is how I found out they were two females so thanks for that. Take care. Rufus
