Thanks for the advice guys,
things i did wrong at the start and have fixed
Removed all of my angel fish. ( only have some tetras and 2 blue rams left but they seem not to interrupt the discos)
removed substrate (about 10% still left getting there)
removed a heap of rocks
removed plants ( just have 2 anubius 2 potted swords now)
feeding more often to grow the smaller guys.
changing water more often about 50% every 2-3 days
water temp is 31oC (originally i had it at 28oC )
I dont add salt anymore.
removed T5 and have a led strip and spot light for the plants
Discus are happy growing and thriving!
