i would personally would put these livebearers...

Heterandria formosa is one of the smallest fish and smallest vertebrates known to science. Males grow to about 2 centimeters (0.8 inches), while females grow a little larger, to about 3 centimeters (1.2 inches).

Nice Guppies but I do not know about $300. If there is any size market for these Guppies it would not be too hard to make money with them. Certainly easier than Discus.

Whelp.. there was a bidding war going on here..

his last 3 pair auction was $106.. i almost got in on that one.. .. almost..

guppies get sex. mature at about 4-5 months.. and takes about 30 days to pop out babies..

pairs/trios can go from $18-$60.. depending on strain..

if guppy breeders WC twice a week.. some think its excessive.. LOL

I used to think anything over $5 was too much for a fish.. but the last time I bought from an importer, I paid $275.00 for one Discus (which is not uncommon for the members here). I'm sure people laugh at us when they see $100+ discus. They just don't have the discerning eye for the Discus yet just like I don't have the eye for guppies, so who am I to judge?
