    Default Koi Angels

Here is a pair of Koi Angels I acquired last week. Already spawned today and what a spawn it was. I will have to try and count them.

    Mom tries counting them too.

Dad gave up. he done his job.

I always found it amazing how much a large clutch could be produced by such a small fish

Wow, you must be feeding them well to get such a huge clutch! Are you going to let them try to raise the fry?

I am going to try and let them do the work. I hate to think after all that work she did she would want to eat them now, Lol.

Just don't get discouraged if the eat the eggs or fry! As I'm sure you already know, it sometimes takes them a few tries.

Angels are amazing. The largest spawn we ever counted was just over 900. I am sure I missed some at some point during the count. I never counted any of the other large spawns.....it just was not worth it.....LOL.

    Congrats.
