Default San Merah or Red cover

I picked up a beautiful par of discus a while back but i'm confused on what they are . San merah or red covers .. Here are some pictures of them.

Here are a few pictures of them guarding their eggs and their new home. They were in a 170 gallon discus tank . Now they are in a 25 gallon cube.

I had some that looked just like those that I got from Kenny as Virgin reds. Mine wear not really red either but love the blue halo they get.

thanks for the responses . I think they are blue face browns. I saw a few pictures of fish that similar to these and thats what they were labeled . The fries are doing well after the move . It looks there are a few albinos in the group.

The fry news is cool. Not sure if it's the camera angle or what, but I really like the shape on the paler of the two.

I would be more incline on the blue face brown. I have a female BFB and it is hard to get a picture to show the blue face Alenquer have more blue striations in the outer.
    Thanks Timmy
