    Default Picture sizes too big

    How do I make my file sizes smaller on my photos so I can upload them? Most my photos are 10+MB. I don't want to upload to an external web and use a URL anymore.

    Need to use a photo editing s/w. Something like photoshop, resize the images and save for web. If you go this route, make sure to copy the original first or save the file with a new name!!
