PLEASE HELP! DANIOS DOT ON HEAD

about 5 min ago i saw a white dot on my zebra danios head only to find theres an other danio with one idk what it is! The ground id dirty as my sypan tube has not arrived and i only have a ph test kit there is thath white stuff up the top indicating there ready for babys. I have DEAD hair grass and LIVE sonething sword tank size 21L a inch of gravel and a boat heater placed in not on light on for about 9-10 hours a day water is clear 4 zebra danios and 1 white cloud (in going get more) its winter down here so the water is cold not frezzed PLEASE HELP no way to get to store intill next week maybe...

Ph was 6.3 changed to 6.8 little water change ground now little cleaner

been a while the dots are going what were they?

I think you might find responses a little scarce. This is a discus fish forum mainly so danios are not our specialty. if it is white specs that look kind of like sugar or salt on the surface of the fish it sounds like it might be ick or velvet. google search them both. both are treated with salt and both can be avoided with plenty of large water changes. raise your temp some if it is ick maybe join other sites like this one that are more specific to danios or other tropical fish if you aren't planning on keeping discus???
