i think i have the same exact QT tank , 55g with 2 sponge filters xlg and the heater with the silly suction cup that never sticks to anything but my wc hose ! arrg. hahaha. aqua clear 110 hob

Marnie, these guys are in a 40 breeder with two sponge filters.

Thanks Nick, three were 3.5 inch and one was 4 inch so I have between a 1/2 inch to an inch growth on each fish in six weeks.

These guys are doing great. The smallest one is 4 and a quarter inch and the largest is 4.5 plus.

Great looking Altums. I got an Altum Flora from Kenny many years ago and it ended up being one of my larger discus because it ate so much! You can view him in this picture, he's on the left side:


I got him at 3.5 or 4" (can't remember) and when I sold all my fish I believe that one was close to 7".
