    For now I would continue to perform water changes as you did the last one, using your holding tank and aeration and see if the problem resolves itself. If not, we will then review our options.

    Looks like the problems stopped after I began aerating the water overnight.
    Thank you all.
    Now after water change most of the fishes are near my hands, when I am setting the sponge filter and the heater up, out of curiosity and possible food remains in my hand.
    It feels so nice to see them relaxed and showing their attitude as beautiful cichlids.
