Project Log - My First Rimless Desktop Tank (On Hold)

Simple, this is a rimless tank on my desk that, honestly, I do not know what I want in there.

I was mainly thinking to get back into shrimp and raise them properly instead of trying to keep them in a self sustaining tank, but what else do I want?

plants? Do I want a sand bottom? Dirt bottom? A pair of Rams to munch on the shrimp?

Maybe if I am crazy I will go with that last one...

Tank is a Mr. Aqua 7.5g rimless tank lit by a Fluval Nano Aqualife LED fixture that I got for sale.

For anyone happening across this thread, feel free to pitch in ideas!

Rams may not be a great choice for a 7.5 gallon. I'd personally give them more room to swim. You could always go with tetras or danios
