    Default My seafood mix

    Hi guys,

    I finally decide to do seafood mix following Eddie 's recipe. He's not around at this moment but anyone can check mixed if I need to improve anything else.

    - 3.77 lbs Yellow Tail
    - 1.5 lbs Salmon
    - 1 lb Shrimp
    - 4 Squids
    - 2 Bunch Spinach
    - 1 1/2 Whole Garlic
    - 2 Dried Shrimp 6 oz bags
    - 4 Pills MultiVitamins
    - 1 bottle 6 oz Marine Flake
    - 5 Banana
    - 2 hands full NLS pellets.

    They love my last mix but I did not write down the amount. I'm trying to keep it consistent each mix. Also want to know others put in something else.

    That's for sure Paul. My wife said the same thing. I don't think I ever calculate or figure out vitamins, protein, fiber. ...from what I eat lol

    I use pure gelatin as binder. Need to warm it to dissolve but have satisfactory results
