    Default RO water storage

I use tap water for my discus but I will be getting a jellyfish tank and it is recommended to use ro water. I can buy some from a lfs 30 minutes away. My question is if I buy several gallons can I just keep it on a shelf in a water jug? Thank you in advance for any info.

I would think if it is stored in a dry place away from sunlight to prevent any leaching from sealed storage container it should last and should not have a shelf life.

shouldnt be a problem. that's gonna get old though, i did it for a while and finally bot an ro system. If you dont want to buy a big one you can get a small one that hooks up to your sink and just disconect it when you are done.
