I purchased mine from Hans however, I live on the east coast, an hour away from Hans so was able to go to his fish house and hand pick my discus. I was talking with Josie before I made my decision and I can tell you, she is top notch, super helpful and shoots straight with you. I went with Hans due to his location because this was my first rodeo and the whole buying from a picture/video and shipping was out of my comfort zone at the time.

Josie has an amazing reputation and works with some of the top names in the discus world. In my opinion, you would be much better off working with Josie, being able to go to her place and see the fish in person is invaluable. If you have time, Josie can special order jumbos from her suppliers for you as well.
