    Default When to Discontinue Treatment

I have two Discus in a 20 gallon hospital tank,. They had refused food for approximately 10 days and were producing white feces. Initially, I used Epsom Salt for the first 2 days, then added Prazi Pro and Metro. I've continued the Metro treatment daily for the last 5 days the Prazi was just a single dose. They are finally eating, not voraciously, but they are eating. I'm curious, should I dose again with the Prazi Pro along with the Metro, should I continues a little longer with just the Metro or discontinue treatment altogether? I have the temperature cranked up to 91 degrees. How long can I continue with that temp? So far I'm quite happy that the treatment has proven effective so far.

Try going every other day with the metro for 4 days. At the same time lower the temp 1 or 2 degrees per day and see how they respond. It can take up to 10 days to treat flaggelates.
