Hi Eddie, I saw that you have a Lago Solomon X Turq in 2009. How are the off spring doing? Develop any good colour and pattern in the end? Any link to the page you post picture of fish? Thank you very much.

Thanks a lot, Jacklyn. My fish have gone through a lot of downs in early days. Thankfully now manage to keep them happy and healthy these days (Learn a lot from this forum). Actually it's simply find out the right water parameter and keep up the water change. After I found out the right water change regime, nothing happen ever again to my discus...... In conclusion, clean tank, WC, and good food = happy discus .

it takes a lot of people a long time to realize this, myself included. all too often do we see new members going every which a way, giving every excuse in the book about what's wrong with their fish and all we want to scream is "do more water changes!!" your fish look so good, I love the simplicity of your tank with the solid black background and simple wood pieces on sand. do I spot an exotic pleco in the first three pictures??

Thank you, Filip. For the spec, it's a 550L tank with a 180L sump. Water change everyday or every 2 days, depends on my mood . For the sump, it's a 3 stages sump with mechanical filter, then bio filter and return (heater + return pump).

Thank you so much, Ricardo. You have been a great help when my fish were ill . Hahaa....just added a few new fish to this tank and then thinking I should take some pictures of them as group . I always post in this same post so that you could see the progress of the tank time by time.

Hi Jacklyn, how's your wild tank go? Yes!!! It took a long time for me to realise this as well. Also, I used to plant in discus, but when it comes to medication and temperature, all my plants died and then I saw nice images online on hardscape discus tank, that's the time I realised simplicity is good and never go back thereafter. Yes, they are a small group of L333 in my tank I have them since young.
