Bicycling from Sept 2014
Today I pulled 11.9 miles on the bike as a nice easy ride and to catch up on some miles I didn't get week one of June 2015; the ride can be viewed here: https://www.strava.com/activities/325694922
42.8 miles this week/month. 472.4 miles this year. 773.1 miles since I started riding in September 2014. 45 pounds down, one shirt and almost one full pant size down, blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose levels down. Cholesterol medication stopped, blood pressure and diabetic medications severely adjusted in downward doses.
If a fat man like me can keep up this momentum in getting healthy so can anyone; no excuses!!
