Time to move on.
When ever I've had problems like this in the past. Here is what I do.
After a couple of hours after the Discus spawn. I hatch the eggs in a separate container with pure RO or distilled water with a few drops of mb.
If you get a good hatch rate you can more or less eliminate the water problem.

Try this
Ph 7.2
TDS 50
24hr aged water and add Seachem Safe to neutralize Ammonia, nitrite, narrate, and heavy metals.
Blend tap 30% and RO 80%
82F degree
50% WC daily and wipe the tank twice a week.
WC is done with aged heated water at 80F degrees. If you add colder water it would encourage them to spawn that's why I keep 80F in a separate barrel.
Try breed them twice a month only so they could recuperate. I put all my adult breeder in one big tank and they get 100% water change daily and once they ready to breed I separate the pair to their own tank. I don't have any bonded pair whoever is ready I just pick the male and female. I like to mix my breeder
Sorry Blend tap 30% and RO 70%
Looks like the problem is now share with the other breeding pairs, probably a water problem. I recommend Rick Miles suggestion but buy some new R/O water
instead of using your R/O system.
