That sounds like a long time, lol. Barely over 5 months sounds shorter to me. Five months will fly by!!!! Better be making your plans now if you want to go to the biggest and best Discus Show in North America.

5 months does go by very quickly - specially for old farts like me.
But I've already booked flites & hotel - so I'm good - really looking forward to putting faces to all those familiar names - not to mention getting to know you better !
Quite exciting, actually - and I don't get excited very often.

I checked out the hotel on line. I don't care about the room, I care about the food. The restaurants sound very good. Dottie cares about a fridge in the room. It pisses her off when there's not one. I see the rooms have a fridge. The bar says it stays open until closing (?). It needs to stay open until the wee hours for the drunks among us. I absolutely cannot wait!!!!!!!

There are many many places in Chicago that stay open late for the drunks among us :P Let me know when you're getting in and I'll buy the first one

Just booked our room can't wait to attend our first NADA show. Been in tropical fish for over 20 yrs but only into the wonderful world of discus a little over a year. Can't wait to meet everyone that has made our experience pleasurable.
Can't say enough about how much this forum has helped me.

Last conference we just had our son and now this one is here and what do you know, new baby!!

Maybe in 2 years I will see and meet you all!!
