Just Chicks

I try and visit this site every summer. Nesting colonies of Common Terns, Oystercatchers and Skimmers. I have posted some shots from this area before.
These images are from two weeks ago and are all Tern chicks of various ages.
Will head back tomorrow as I have heard from friends that Skimmer chicks have hatched.

Love this set so much! Such crisp nice photos and a cute subject. Love it.

Probably not a surprised that I am a bird fan and like Matt, I love this entire set. I really like the second to the last photo. I understand what it takes to get a chick to its first or whatever flight.

The Skimmer chicks have hatched. Lots of chaos.

Very nice set and in lighting that can be very difficult with light colored subjects on light backgrounds.
