    Default RO water question

When using ro water can you use the brine to re-mineralize? I've seen other threads saying you can use tap water to do so. I ask because it seem more efficient to use the brine unless there is some unknown to me variable I'm missing.

Not sure what your referring to as brine, ? reject RO water? I use RO Right from Kent for my breeding fish to get the tds to 75, my grow out tanks get 60% RO/DI waste water (basically tap water run through a DI resin) and 40% RO/DI filtered water to keep Tds around 250-300.
