New setup

Hey guys, I'm just getting back into discus after a very long break. I'm looking at buying a display tank within the next week. Being a display tank i obviously want to have it planted as well. Thoughts on whether I go with a canister setup or sump setup.

Hi Neil and welcome to Simply. What size tank are you considering? Also are you experienced with planted tanks? If not I would suggest developing some experience with a planted tank prior to adding discus. Tell us a little more about your prior discus experience

On the sump vs canister I would go sump. Personally not a canister fan.
