Default 3d Foam background: What kind of paint?

Thinking about experimenting with doing a 3d foam background in a tank. What kind of paint do you use? Is regular spray paint ok once it completely cures?

drylock works well and can be tinted.

personally I had better success with the sheets of pink foam insulation than styrofoam.

Krylon Fusion. Totally safe for inside tank.
Over 50 years in fish and it still feels brand new!! Woodduck
