    Default Totally Awesome video......

This video was just what I needed to confirm I made the right decision to get into Discus. It was very informative, but not intimidating. I'm new to the forum and Discus and really like what I see here. Thanks for sharing that presentation.

I watched it a few times before taking the plunge, and I have watched it again a couple of times since and with the experience of this first year of discus-keeping I appreciate it even more. It is distilled experience and common sense - no flannell or mumbo-jumbo. To date the best discus tutorial I have come across and what actually made me join this forum (afraid there it may have backfired on Al!)

    Very Informative.
Been a "Wet" pet keeper and "Underwater" gardener for almost 2 years. (I know just a per-schooler compared to most of you). Have been fascinated by Discus since I started. But realized I needed to get some seasoning before I was ready to do my best by these Beauties. Plan on starting a Planted? 125g in the Spring. Of course "Researching and still Learning"
I'll be asking a ton of "Questions", Just be patient with me.

    Excellent Video, very informative.
I just wish i had watched it before setting up and buying my discus. i have a planted discus tank with rocks and all the things that you advise not to have. and yes my discus hide behind all the bushy plants and in the middle of the rock exactly as you described. I have been going mad thinking i have bad water. because some have been hiding.
Thank you for this video, I am now in the middle of removing a lot of the crap out my tank and just having a few basic none bushy plants and a little bit of bog wood.
    Thanks again
