    Since you decided to treat with metro you will need to treat daily with a full dose for the volume of the tank after a huge daily water change. Please do not follow the recommendation of the LFS. Dosage wise it is 500mg per 10 gallons. You are looking at a 10 day treatment.

    I would suggest doing as Al suggests on posting pictures.

    This would be a sure way to kill them all.
    Metronidazole is sugar based med. and as such it contributes to further water fouling and bacterial buildup.So daily huge WCs are a must with metro.
    Just redose the same dose everyday after a WC at night time for more than 12 consecutive days .Some say its photosensitive medicine , so you better dose it at night when lights are off .

    sigh.....i dont know what the hell is wrong with those fish......a few days ago they were fine....all of them started eating....i was all happy and what not....

    aaaaaaand yesterday evening they are all fasting again.all back to the corner,no interest in any food what so ever.....havent eaten a thing today either....

    just did a water change again....sigh...
