    Default custom planters

    So i have had these for about a month and a half now. but just got them into use in the 165gl new setup.
    the tank is not yet complete but i wanted to share how well these turned out. much better than i even thought now that i can look at them filled and in the tank.
    thanks Barb this really turned out well, very happy with these.

    Glad you like them Tom, they do look great in your tank. That is a light tan color clay, called Desert Buff. It is almost the same color as the pool filter sand so many of us use in our discus tanks. I am going to try to get more of it.

    that is actually pool filter sand in the planters, dirt is underneath the san for the plants.
