Omega one dried bloodworms soaked in seachem garlic
1 jar of infant peas
1 jar of infant carrots
Some cucumber
raw hamburger meat
Will be working on the ratios.

I use generic A to Zinc vitamins and Cobalt flakes, that's kind of where our recipe matches end.

I think you should read through this thread and consider not using raw beef in your mix....

No, those are the only common ingredients in your proposed food recipe and mine. Beef heart, carefully trimmed, and fish in about equal parts are the main ingredients in what I feed. Then I always add red lettuce, flake, and vitamins. What I add after that kind of depends on what I have around the house or I remembered to buy. I often toss in a few bananas, the ripper the better. Sometimes add cooked oatmeal. Toss in various food samples I've picked up since the last time I made food, pellets etc. That beef heart mix is about all I feed.

Could it work? Sure. Will it work? That's a different question. Honestly when I regularly had fry they went straight from live bbs to my beef heart mix and I never tried to reinvent the wheel. If you want to experiment, go for it. I think I'd use Al's FDBWs rather than dried bloodworms, but that may just be me.

I use Centum Vitamin mixed into the beefheart, been doing this for the last 20 years.
