    No, too big and certainly to aggresive. Such expensive and beautifull fish deserve species tank.

    Just about all my tanks are species tanks. It doesn't necessarily mean there can be only 1 species in it though.

    I did it for a while. You can see my old posts on MFK and here. It worked for a while. I had 8 domestics about 4 to 4.5 inches with my zebrina pair in my 150.

    Later, I had to put some diadema in their short term as I had to move some stuff around and the diadema stressed the discus out to where they succumbed to illness brought on by the stress.

    The pikes mostly left them one but I will say that the likes would do short charges at them to shoo them away from a spot. The discus would dash out of the way and not get hurt bUT this is worth sharing.

    Nice but those Clown Loaches are far too big of a fish to keep with Discus, soon they will need to go.
