I see, will it reverse if stopped?
from what I see, to keep the yellow color, you need to keep them in a separate tank.

    Thanks Bill,

Since we are on the topic of food, most that I like to feed have color enhancers, Bills flake does, so does Hikari Discus Bio-Gold, don't know if New Life Spectrum or Zoo med Earthworm does?

Thanks Bill, which blood worms do you use, I use to use Hikari and for some reason I started having an allergic reaction to them.

Many people have a reaction to them.I use the freeze dried from JehmCo.You probably shouldn't because the dust could get into your lungs.

the allergic reaction can get worse over time too. i cant even be in the same room as blood worms anymore. i have switched to freeze dried black worms now, which the fish like way more and which dont cause reactions.

    Hi David,

    New Life Spectrum
check the ingredients. Any foods containing Krill, spirullina and other algaes are loaded with orange and red pigments.
