Phil you're fish are SO BEAUTIFUL! I'm so jealous! I thought wilds were for experienced only yet you're doing the same thing I do for my domestics! Now that I have a tank full of domestics I've really fallen in love with the wilds-arrr someday I will get some- till then I'll just have to watch yours-so nice!
Looking good Phil!

Phil is lazy! those fish arent on the bottom any more. HaHa
Thanks Patty and Rick!! I appreciate the kind words. I love these fish they are gorgeous... This set-up has been improved however, those 5 are out of the 40 and into a 72 bow. The 40 was good for growing them out and getting them comfy but they eneded room to spread their fins so to speak...
I will update soon with my progress and new set up...
Patty, what are you trying to say I am not experienceD!!!! LOL jk... but you are right. I think people all too often complicate things, especially fish keeping. Wilds are no harder or easier in my opinion. They require the same care and good quality food and water, rather simple if you as me!
Phil, Just saw this & why the water seems so tasty is i run it thru awhole house filter [ carbon & small particles] tempered & straight out of the tap. It's more rural out here & we have a big fat juicy aquafiver down the road. I've been doing this for 5yrs. with discus. Harry
Cool thanks Harry! Great to hear back!!
Drew is spot on... I have been so lazy w my updates here... soon!!!
As my buddy Drew may not have quietly noted. These fish have been re-homed...I plan to start a new thread here today in my homesteader section with all the happenings.
