    ive seen some advice saying that a flake called progro beefheart and blackworm will give discus better size and appitite, progro or blackworm isnt something ive heard of in the uk, can anyone tell me if feeding this to my fish will do them good, or something to be avoided

    Progrowth is a vitamin additive that Andrew Soh makes. I've heard great things about it and I'm waiting on a 1lb order of Super beefheart Flake with Progrowth from Bill at inlandempirediscus.com
