    Default Pat's Wilds

I have promised pictures of my fish so yesterday I got a new camera and broke it in a bit today. Still getting use to it so forgive the so-so pictures. The junk in the water is Al's FDBWs,

    Young royal and still growing.

Some solid aka most likely females. Check out the halos.

Nice fish. The halo is everything when it comes to good discus (females anyway).

Definitely Ricardo. If a pair forms pretty sure this one will be part of the pair.

Thanks Paul, that little fish is a little spitfire also. See how brilliant that eye is? It almost glows in the dark.

Thanks Jacklyn, hard to get good pictures of her as her "territory" is the left center back of the tank. She (guessing) keeps all the other (suspected) females out. One busy fish.

Really spectacular Pat! Love them all. I'm typically a fan of the deep solids and you have some fab little girls there but that up and coming royal is Really flashy. Excited to see him grow! Please keep the pics comming! Put that new camera and great skills to good use !!!

Thanks Phil, seems like lots of folks want striations on their wilds but it is hard to beat the nicely colored solids. Will do on the pics as need to learn this new camera. This camera is a bit different from my old one in that it does not have an on-board flash (pro-body).

Well well well look at you miss professional!! Haha that's awesome though ! You must be having fun with all the new gear!!

Yea... I tend to agree with the solids but the royals and semi royals are hard not to grab your eye. I suppose that's why I mixed them in to my last order. Hope I can get q nice mix like you have hear...

Some really really deep and solid halos on those girls! Perfect really that slight blue outline to the deep black... Natural beauty at its finest!!

I have a feeling we may be hearing about some possible pairs and eggs soon!

About how big do these guys range ?
