    For best success with wilds you might try a domestic female with a wild male. Wild males are way easier then wild females for breeding purposes.

    I have also heard this. Seems like discus males are much like males of other species...waaaay more eager.
    People say planted discus tanks are unnatural. I wish I could figure out why the Amazon is so muddy...with that bare glass bottom it has.

    Thanks. I will try the wild Cameta male in the previous post - his yellow would be a good base to improve the red.
