What to make of these guys

I've got a nice group of 27 fry; 15-br, 9-bar, and 3 that look bar-less. They came from a 15-bar blue snakeskin and a 9-bar blue. What are the bare-less ones?

Also, I need to sell some for space, but want to keep a group. How many would you keep?

The bar-less ones are all smaller, too.

I would keep 8 or 10 just not all the big ones.

Probably just snakes that are not showing their bars. Let them get a little size on them.

I'll try to answer my own question. I'll first pick for best shape, given reasonable size. I'll also want a variety of the different patterns (phenotypes?). What else do you suggest?

Even at that size the bigger ones can tend to be males.

If you plan on keeping 6 then keep the 2 biggest/best and 4 middle sized ones, if you are keeping 10 then keep 3 or 4 of the bigger ones and then the middle ones, and so on. That is how you get a decent split on the sexes.
