    Default 50 gallons discus tank

Hi I have myself a 50 gallon tank that I'm setting up for some discus. I currently have:
    6 neon tetras
    6 rummynose tetras
    3 corys(waiting on 3 more pandas)
    1 Otto(waiting on 2)
    2 foxtail Siamese algae eaters

Now I was wondering if the ottos and the algae eaters would be okay to have in the the tank with the discus or not. Please help (:

I would say no to current set up. Reason why would be tank too small for discus to thrive, also the otto/foxtail could harm discus slime coat. Please rethink this adventure for discus fish in an 50G tank. Could start with juvies and just bare bottom tank until they grow out some and get a bigger tank. Just trying to help you guy, nothing negative. Good luck and do some research in SD for beginners in keeping discus fish....

    what roland said....

the only way I can see this work with current stock is if you get a confirmed pair...SAe and fox tail is a hit and miss...so be vigilant...
