Is it possible that the dominant ones are too aggressive and not letting the others get any food?

The best you can do is give consistent care with regular water changes and a good diet. Could you please tell us about your water change schedule and what/how often you are feeding the fish?

Please also tell us if you age your water and if you know how to tell if aging is necessary.

God knows I've killed enough fish in my day to last me for the rest of my life. I know the pain of it.

I do daily or every other day water changes of 50-75% with water straight from the tap with prime. Feeding is my own beefheart mix 2-3 times a day.

How long have you been doing this? Yes, aging your water is a good idea. It removes a possible stressor.

Get 5 gallon bucket. Fill it with water from the tap and test it for pH. Then stick an air stone in the 5 gallon bucket and check the pH of the water after it has had the bubblier in it for 24 hours.

Poop looked normal. To be honest i never fully watched them all eat but i know that the one that just died never attacked tge food first but the first one was always one of the first to eat.
