Kens fish food

Having a tough time reaching him for about a month now. Phone message box is always full & has not returned my couple emails. Anybody order or communicate with him lately?

Looks like i'm not alone. Thanks Allwin for the reply. Sometimes he dissapears for a week or so when he does a show, but i've never has this kind of trouble contacting him. Hope all is ok with Ken

Did you order online? If you did, you should not have a problem. There are few people that work in kens warehouse and they ship out same day even in ken's absence.I will be ordering some stuff(not food) in a day or two and I will update this thread again!

I did not this time. Wanted to ask him if he still carried a frozen product I don't see on his site anymore. Yes, please update the thread if you can. Thank you!

Heard that Ken was not in attendance this week at a show that he usually does each year. Guessing Ken is unavailable now maybe and has workers to deal with online orders
Found what I needed today somewhere else. Will do business with Ken again in the future i'm sure. Hope all is well
