Hi Steve, we're in the middle of it now, over 5" of rain in about 6 hrs, so far. Much more to come later tonight. No high winds yet, but tonight after dark. The worst is always in the dark so we can't see it and just wonder how bad it will look in the morning. We are 30 miles west of the ocean.

Hugs Barb and hope everything turns out ok for you. We skirted the silly thing all yesterday and last night. Just rain for us. No wind. Take care.

Wasn't bad. Was worried about tornados from it since coming west east. One confirmed but I don't think anyone hurt.

Power off in a lot of places still, but we never fully lost power at home

Jacksonville dodged the bullet, couple gust, very little rain here at my house, I'm about 25 miles south of the GA line. Never lost power.

Stay safe everyone. Ive been watching & hoping for the best for all in the path. Its crazy out there, lol, we had an earthquake yesterday here in Kansas. Its epicenter was oklahoma/kansas border. Nature is a fickle mother.

We ended up with 8" of rain at our house, all run off by now, back to dry sandy yard. I just mowed. Had some wind too. Wow, earthquakes, floods, fires, what's next for us all?

    Hi Barb,
Glad it wasn't too bad. Bummer for Labor Day weekend though. Don't want to jinx it, but we've been pretty lucky in my neck of the woods this year with not too many fires around. We'd like some of that rain though.
