Anyone else having problems ordering from Kensfish?

I have been trying to order 6 different items from Kensfish for at least 5 weeks now but everything I am trying to get keeps saying out of stock. I have seen this happen before but usually the items are back in stock within a few weeks. I have tried calling and emailing but no response and I am starting to get low on food. Kens always has the best prices but if I run out of food then I will be forced to order from someone else for a higher price. Anyone else dealing with this?

Yes, this happened to me when I wanted to buy an overflow, it was out of stock and I waited a while, then emailed, then purchased somewhere else. A long while later, I got an email that they restocked. Same thing yesterday, I wanted to buy some heaters, and they were out of stock, so I purchased somewhere else.

Just seems odd every item I am trying to order says out of stock not just one or two but all 6 and it has been like this for 5 weeks or more

yes I get that all the time. There were several foods and other items he had I wanted to buy I even filled out the form to let me know and contact me when they came back in stock.....its been two yrs still out of stock. I try hard to buy from him but it is hard to buy from him. So far I have only been able to buy SAFE there in large containers.

There is another thread on another forum that has been addressing this same concern over the past year or so. It appears that Ken is focusing more on his Amazon and E-Bay business. If it's something you really need from Ken's, you might try going through Amazon or Flea Bay, otherwise Jehmco has an outstanding product line, are very responsive, and offer fast shipping. I order most of our supplies from Jehmco.

I got the 1 kilo bucket of Safe on Amazon. It was a bit more expensive on Amazon but I have Prime so 2-day shipping was free, whereas Ken charges me shipping. So they worked out to almost the same price.
