Yeah, gotta figure out that picture posting thing....us oldies have a hard time finding much more than the on/off and volume keys on our 8 track players. I do notice, even with only feeding 1 cube to 8 discus, sometimes one gets too much and after eating kinda looks tilted like his weight changed enough to throw him off balance-15 minutes later he is normal? seem to be growing, the 3" ones I got 3 months ago are 4.5" now.

OK,will give it a shot! gotta wait til tomorrow right after feeding to capture the drunken sailor.....if his shipmates allow him to overstuff himself!
few crappy quick random shots on way- dont laugh at the castle.....it was that or add glowfish to the family tank!
Wow,just looked at those pics I sent, they are horrible! I caught the curve of the acrylic panel in a few, making quite some distortion!

I like this vid alot too Al. Those juvies look great. I personally love your discus chow and so do the fish. Everyone here eats it from the Cuipeua/Turk crosses from Ryan, cories, F1 Altums, geos and small cichlids. Even the cardinals eat it. I find it is a good growth food to on my F1 Altums. I will grab a vid on them tonight.
