I've used aquairumplants.com in the past & always received healthy plants. I just don't like the shipping cost

I recently ordered from them-all plants came in with zero snails and all were healthy except $50 worth of jungle val which was yellow, torn looking and has not recovered in the 100 days I have had it in my tank.

you should join "ThePlantedTank" forum. Its a hobbiest site just like this one, there are always great plants and trimmings packages for sell on there. I have bought from the members millions of times and only once or twice had a bad experience. You can read the individual user's selling feedback though and find the bad ones.

I have had good luck off amazon and ebay. The amazon sellers I have used before with great results are aquatic arts (also have bought shrimp) and Aquarium plants discounts.

crypts, anubias, amazon swords. the broader leaved plants tend to be less messy. For example I went with java fern one time and the amount of rhizome/roots that those plants have allowed for tons of food and poo to get caught up in there and it was uncleanable.

Personally I'd wait until warmer weather. I had bad experiences during winter months. I have had great luck with Anubis in pots with fluorite. Their roots do not trap debris like have fern.

My plant friends like Mark. He was at NADA once. Barb bought from him and was delighted with his plants. He lives in Indiana. I'm sure he knows how to ship successfully in cold weather. https://www.facebook.com/AquariumPlantsCheap/

If it's the same as Marks of excellence on FB then I completely agree, this guy sends you very nice plants, well packaged, healthy and some of the mother plants are super huge..
