Buying plants online?

you should join "ThePlantedTank" forum. Its a hobbiest site just like this one, there are always great plants and trimmings packages for sell on there. I have bought from the members millions of times and only once or twice had a bad experience. You can read the individual user's selling feedback though and find the bad ones.

and I have ordered A LOT of plants off evil bay. If you do your research and look at seller ratings you can get good deals. I have not had any problems with the good sellers on evil bay.

AND as mentioned earlier,,,,wait for warmer weather...even with heat packs.....if your package gets tied up in the Christmas rush you may get dead plants.

One last place...I watch for sales on Foster and Smith, gotten some nice plants cheap off their site.
