I'm not sure what your question means but,the TDS will increase with time just like your nitrates do.That's why the WC's for more stability.
You have perfect water. As has been said before, you just need to change more water and the pH will remain stable.

If you want to compare the TDS of tap and tank water, you should warm up the tap water sample so its close to the temperature of the tank. Otherwise you aren't getting an accurate comparison. Some meters don't have temp compensation (like the HM TDS-EZ) and some do (like the HM TDS-3) but even the ones that do compensate are making an estimation.
