Going all Squirre-ly!

I really don't like winters in CT. Nothing grows, weather alternates between cold and dreary. Half the critters are either sleeping or dead. Just not a great time for me and my cameras. I start going stir crazy this time of year.

So not being one to not put up a fight, I set up a seed tray for the birds and fitted my house windows with a piece of foam board and cloth so I can take some bird pics.... trial run today, apparently the squirrels are very happy with the new restaurant in the neighborhood. its fine though, they are entertaining to watch and hey I am starved for photo subject matter...so beggers can't be choosers...

Stan, I will do a few edits and see what I can come up. Thanks for the suggestion.

The lens here is a Pentax -F 300 mm 4.5 prime. Its literally an all metal tank.It was made from 1987-1991. For a 30 year old lens... its a real gem. Heavy as heck though. . Its one of my favorite lens though, highly regarded in pentax circles.... it can be very sharp! Its been with me many years like an old friend.

I used to have a few squirrels that would come in my house (after tapping on the patio slider to be let in) and beg for peanuts, they would take them right out of your hand.
