Default Lighting color options to make discus pop

Hi everyone. I hope this is the right place to post this

I'm recently in the middle of doing some changes on my lighting on my planted tank's and I'm eventually going to change the lighting on my discus tank. Currently I have a 2 x39 watt t5 HO fixture over the tank and it cranks out a lot of light i think its too much light for them. The fixture I plan on suspending over the tank is the ecoxotic E 90 led full spectrum fixture. It's a really nice fixture and until now has done a wonderful job with my planted tank.

The RGB are fully adjustable so I'm wondering what colors work best together to bring out the Iridescent colors on my discus.

I have that exact same fixture over my discus. I run the daylight 43% brightness.
    red 100%
    green 100%
    Blue 100%

I also have it raised up about three inches off the rim of the tank.
I've tried a lot of combo's and have always gone back to the daylight setting with 100% RGB.(full spectrum).

If you lower any of the RGB channels that is less visually reflected light of that color you will get off your fish.
